Sorry for the late reply, i just checked the file you uploaded.
Contain the Conficker.B worm along with its friends.

It is not possible yet to clean infected running system with Ansav right now.
Try to download the latest fixerion from the front page and put the file in the "plugins" folder.
Now scan the drive from other pc or from live cd (if you got one), hope it helps :)
